Please ensure that digital courses have not been completed and physical products remain in their original, resaleable condition.

Return Process

  For digital products, ensure you have completed less than 25% of the course material; for physical goods, confirm the item is unopened and in its original packaging.

  Securely pack physical items and ship them back to our distribution center using the provided address and a tracked shipping service.

  Refund Processing

  Once we verify your return or deactivate your digital access, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
